Anger Management
if you feel that your anger, or that of soeone you care about, is at an excessive level and likely to be damaging key ralationships and undermining the best interests of the person concerned, then help should be sought to address the anger issue. Anger is always more pronounced in times of high stress and anxiety, but can be controlled through a number of strategies.
