By gaining insight & understanding you will feel more confident in helping others whether its staff, volunteers, customer or clients, until specialised help can be obtained.

What is Mental health First Aid?
Help given to someone developing a mental health problem or in a mental health crisis, until appropriate professional treatment is received or the crisis resolves.
